What are you thankful for?

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays.
It's not so much the food and the family, although they are both great.
Its the fact that we have a chance to take a step back and say what we are thankful for and I love that!
My list is long, here's just a glimpse:
1. A God who loves me even when I'm not so lovable,gives me mercy and grace when I'm totally undeserved and offers life forever with Him.
2. A husband who loves me and treats me like a queen
3. A daughter who bring life to us and healing to the world.
4. Parents who found recovery early in their lives
5. Siblings who tolerate me even when I'm not so lovable
6. Jody & Kathy Victor and Rick & Jackie Bates for showing me that life was bigger than my circumstances
7. Authors such as John C.Maxwell, Napolean Hill, Og Mandino
8. Angie for showing me what strength really means
9. Friends and inspirations I have met and known along the way, there are more than I can name here
10.Dan Miller for mentoring me on the path to make the 2nd half of my life the best half

This Thanksgiving take the time to make your list and help your children to make theirs. It is a beautiful time to remember.
